Supreme warrants it’s products to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship
under normal usage for the overall extended warranty period of 10 years from the Manufacturing
Date(Mentioned on the Package) for CP Bathroom and Kitchen Faucets, 1 Year for Sensor Faucets,and 1 Year
for PVC Cisterns and Seat Covers.Our Kitchen Sinks are durable and long lasting, thus do not require
warranty. Please note that a period of 2 Years from the Maunfacturing Date is warranted for any damage
or breakage received to the Spindle or the Disc Fitting present in the faucet.

Whenever you buy our products, please send us an email(Within 45 days from the date of purchase) on
info@supremebathfitting.com with the subject heading-‘Warranty Registration’ along with the content of
the mail being

1) Your Name.
2) Name of Retailer.
3) Area of Purchase.(City and State).
4) Contact No.
5) Attach a Scanned Copy or Photo of the Invoice Bill of the purchase.

Please keep your evidence of Purchase(Bill Invoice) handy, failure to provide the same will waive off
all claims made by the purchaser during the warranty period.

(Mon to Sat) for registering your complaint. Please note the complaint number that would be given to you
for your reference by our executive.

Upon receiving the complaint which is regarding defect or leakage, the company will at its option either
a)repair the products by sending in a technician through the authorised dealer.
b)replace the product upon unsuccessful repair. Decision of Supreme will be considered final.

All these issues that come up in a faucet over time can be handled, but it’s always good to maintain your
Faucets and Bathroom Accessories over time the same way you maintain your bathroom.Some tips for extending
the life of your faucets are:

1)Most faucets need little care and maintenance on a day-to-day basis. Cleaning your faucet with a
damp cloth and a mild cleanser(Don’t use a glass cleaner or tile cleaner), followed by drying with a soft
cloth is normally all you need. You can try out our Supreme Eco-Friendly Tap Cleaner Solution as well
for best results.

2)If you live in an area with hard water, you have additional cleaning challenges. The high mineral
content of hard water often leaves lime deposits on your faucets and fixtures. They can be stubborn
and difficult to remove. Clean them occassionaly to avoid hard deposits.

3)Aerators are also an important feature in faucet maintenance. An aerator mixes water and air to ensure
a smooth flow from the faucet. It consists of a housing, screen insert and rubber washer.
We often ignore aerators, but they are subject to the same mineral and debris build up as the outer
housing of a faucet. Experts recommend you periodically clean your aerator about once a year.
Cleaning your aerator is relatively simple. All you need to do is remove the aerator from your faucet,
keeping the parts in the order in which they were removed. Then flush the parts with water and clean
the screen with a toothbrush. For hard water deposits, soak the components in vinegar. Once you’re done,
simply reinstall. If you’d rather avoid the trouble of cleaning the aerator, you can simply purchase
a new one from us. They are inexpensive and are available online as well.

4)To make your chrome faucets gleam and shine, try putting a dab of baby oil on a cotton ball.
Polish the faucet with the baby oil. You’ll see your reflection smiling back at you.
